Stayed at a stunning hotel and it was really impressive! The rooms were luxurious with an excellent bathtub and all the essentials. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking and the gardens were well-maintained. An additional perk was the close location to the city center and the delicious breakfast.
Although the hotel was top class, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times when bookings were made. The service could have been faster and more efficient.

The location of the castle is absolutely stunning, with lush and inviting gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are individually decorated in a medieval style, providing a unique and enchanting experience. the service is outstanding, ensuring that guests feel special and well taken care of.
There were issues with electrical problems and sparks flying out of the walls, raising serious safety concerns.
